The MTH lawsuit is over?  How does UP feel about MTH making the Heritage Engines without an agreement?

Okay, somebody told me Mike Wolf is negotiating with UP on behalf of the entire Hobby.. I refuse to attempt to explain this statement or even claim to understand it.. I admit its very strange but the source I got it from is not known for flights of fantasy, as in normally reliable..

What is Williams Trains going to use as the base model for the Union Pacific Heritage Locomotive Schemes: the existing SD90MAC or a new SD70ACe?

Amazing how three (so far) companies are going to make the same items.
I swear they must bump heads & say " okay, this time lets all make these (heritage engines)!"
Hope there is a big demand for them.
