Pennsy S2 Turbine

I have been considering getting one of the Williams S-2 6-8-6 turbines. I like the fact they have one numbered the prototypical 6200 but was wondering about the green paint scheme. Was the prototype ever painted this way? Of all of the Williams offerings which is the closest to the original.
