In the October issue of O-gauge Railroading, Run 196, there is an article on wiring a crossing for auto-control. This might be a starting point for what you are trying to do. With using the derail feature of switches and additional contacts off of the relays you could probably come up with the logic to control the switches.

Might be a good "how to" article for CTT when your done.

Good luck.

How can you wire a loop with one siding and two switches ,to run two trains in opposite directions without them hitting one another? Automatic of course no manual operation at all.Relays and insulated tracks only please
