I believe that this is the same bloke where I ordered decals from a year ago. His tradename is strangly enough: PaPa Les Trains. First I thought he was a frog, later I learned that Les is his given name.
BTW the decals were good: easily applied and still on.
Otherwise, you will have to photograph and print the decals your self, but I do not know if you can access a colour laser printer.
Good luck

Hello Smoke Stack!    There is a Fellow by the name of Lester Kramer who makes Decals for Lionel Trains & he is out in California. Just Type in his Name on your address bar & you should be able to get his Phone # & other info.Good Luck.

Need good source for decals
Posted by Smoke Stack Lightnin' on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 11:41 PM

I was doing some routine maintenance on a Lionel 8300 GG-1 and somehow messed up one of the Keystone decals on the side of the engine.  A good bit of the black PRR print (against red background) has smuged off, and the top of the decal has lifted and shrunk.  I was wondering what the chances of getting an exact replacement decal from ?  Didn't think of trying Lionel, but does anyone know of any place on the web that specializes in decals?

Thanks,

Rich F.
