Thanks Lee. I had already checked the lionel catalog (2006 Vol. #2), but hadn't thought of the LOTS site.

Hello & Welcome,

Don't know if Lionel is going to continue the Commerorative State Quarter series. You may get better results looking for a Lionel Catalog or on their website or on LOTS website, www.lots-trains.org

K-line State Quarters?
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, September 4, 2006 7:02 AM

Hi All, I'm a newbee. I've tried searching these great forums for an answer (rumor, conjecture?) to my question, but to no avail. Has anyone heard any rumors or information as to whether Lionel intends to continue the Commemorative State Quarter series? How many others are out there with 30 or so railcars carefully squirreled away awaiting the release of the remaining 20 cars? I realise that the toy train industry is in somewhat of a turmoil what with lawsuits etc., but I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on that K-line series.

Thanks.
