New layout help!

Am preparing to move to new home and will need to put up new layout in basement. I have three walls to work with 12' to 14'  on each side and 17' across the back. Have been thinking of a U shaped layout with 072 and 054 radius on the mains and would like some grades also. Seem to remember seeing such a layout on one of the forums or in an issue of CTT or O Guage Railroading. Any suggestions of help with designing such will be appreciated. Ralph.
