Just an ebay precaution; Use a separate checking account!!  You will be surprized if you use your regular account by a transaction that shows up & you know NOTHING about! Can wipe out your credit rating for years to come.

His problem is that he is not shipping items he's listing. He will not contact anyone that writes him, including Ebay and PayPal, and that includes the claim filed against him by me. So he's not misunderstood or having stuff happen, he's a horrible person for business transactions. Jake

It's a possibility that he had his account stolen and maybe it's not him.... I had someone get a hold of my info somehow and they listed a car for sale for like $35,000 on my account, but they removed it soon after for some reason...... I didn't even know until I looked into my past itinerary and it showed up... They had deleted all records for it, but that record could not be deleted....

I had to have my account frozen for a month, I couldn't bid or sell during that time, then I had to go through a long process to reactivate it and assure that it would not be compromised again.  You should take a look in your cost history for listings and such periodically... I happened to look by chance and found out about that.

Ebay sure has gotten less stable since its beginning.... Just shows that someone will turn anything good into a crime opportunity....

Either way, I'm avoiding Benjie254 from now on as well.....

Interesting. I checked out this sellers feedback. He had a good track record until recently then 11 negatives in just the last month with several neutrals. Makes you wonder what happened.

Definitely need to avoid this seller!

Bad Ebay Seller Beware

Benjie254 is his Ebay seller name. He's sold things without ever having them. Please beware. Luckily I used PayPal and it's insured automatically to $1000.00, which is what's he's counting on I think. No return emails, nothing, so I had to process a claim. Beware of this guy, he's bad news, sells a lot of train stuff. Jake
