Screwdriver for MRC powerpack

I have a problem with one of my MRC powerpacks. I noted that MRC uses some sort of tamperproof screw to hold the case together. I assume that this is because of UL rules for electrical safety.

However, does anyone know where to obtain a screwdriver (or bit) for those screws, or should I use a file and a cheap screwdriver to create one.

If it's a Tech II pack, the tool you need is a T-8 Torx Security driver.  The bit sets & sockets won't work, as the collar on the driver won't allow the bit low enough into the recessed hole to contact the screw.  The best sources are Snap-On, Cornwall, Mac, or Matco.  Expect to pay $18-$20, or about as much as 1 of these power supplies commands on the used market.

You may also check a hobby store that also sales R/C planes. These screws are also used on thier controlers. Our local Hobbytown sales  them.

The screws might be something that you can get a driver for.  Do they look like any of these:
