Yes,

I have seen the wiggling icons once.  I thought my eyes were deceiving me.  I guess others have seen them too.

When I do a return using the back button on IE, I see some of the icons wiggle maybe twice than stop. The ones that wiggle are the posts I haven't read.  Is that what you are seeing Bob?

Roger,

It's not your list.  It doesn't show the actual smiley icons at all as I understand it.

I'll look for the wigglies after a good bourbon on the rocks.Big Smile [:D]

Anyone know why the smiley list doesn't show the picture, or is it just my list?

Buckeye,

Thanks for the info.  Your suggestion worked.  I will update the rest of the profile later.

I had the same problem, too, but what I did was first enabled the avatar box on the profile input , reloaded the avatar from my computer  and then saved my changes.  Hope this helps.

I interpret post rank to mean your 'rank' or order in the number of posts in relation to other forumites. I was apparently 8th

What does the Post Rank mean in your profile?

The colors do shift if you've viewed a post.  The other icons indicate whether the thread is popular or not or whether it's been read.  If you move the cursor over the icons you should get feedback balloons.

Double click on the icon to bring up this list, or hold cursor over it to show value.

New Forum Questions
Posted by EIS2 on Monday, July 17, 2006 7:56 PM

What do the icons to the left of the message title mean?  For example there is a memo icon with a yellow star on top, a memo icon with a white star on top, a memo icon with a red star on the right side.  What do these icons mean?  There may be other icons that I haven't seen yet.

Is there a way to tell which postings are new since I last viewed the forum?  The OGR changes the color of the icon for all postings that are new since I last viewed the OGR forum.  Is there an equivalent feature on this forum?

I like the look of the new forum.

Regards...
