2006 "O" Scale National Convention

Some notes on the convention.

We were at the Timonium Show last weekend to publicize the "O" Scale
National Convention. We spoke to a lot of people both scalers and
high-rail.
For me, I heard a new term from a fellow I spoke to. He
described himself as "I am a Scale High-Railer". Started in Lionel,
went into MTH and K-Line "Scale size" for realism. Stayed with high-
rail for operating systems. He is now coming to the "O" Scale National.
Wants to meet the MTH, Atlas, Weaver and Sunset 3rd.Rail people that will
be there.

We will be at the N.M.R.A. Convention in Philadelphia, July 7,8,9 to
publicize the 2006 "O" Scale Convention. We are expecting to meet and
talk to a lot of modelers, not only "O" Scale. We will be there to
talk up the "O" Scale Convention, but we will also be extolling the
King of Scales.

NOW! Some convention promotion
The Trading Hall is almost sold out. 20 tables left If you need one
go to www.2006OScaleNat.org <http://www.2006OScaleNat.org> Additional
Hotel Rooms had to be added. Book by July 10, 2006.
One Tour, the Broadway Show is sold out.
The three others are each 3/4 booked, 32 seminars and 6 slide shows
are scheduled. Take a look at the web site for details.

There is a lot of Scale equipment being made for the High-Rail
market. This has certainly increased availability to the 2-Railers
either production 2-Rail or through conversion.
We thank you.
