If you check out the bottom view you can see it was probably yellow.

When I posted it originally no one had bid on it. Now I notice that someone actually bid on it. Oh well, I hope they're happy with it. To each their own.

It looks like someone tried to approximate a steam turbine locomotive somewhat along the lines of the JAWN HENRY. I don't think the tender has enough capacity, though [:)]

Let me get that guys number, I think I have a rare 2037 engine that came without a tender. All kidding aside, I just hope that the guy who bought it is happy with it. I doubt I would have anything like it on my layout.

Apparently it's worth that much to someone ... I'll admit, not to me, but ...

NOPE!

In its current condition, it's junk. Maybe the parts are worth something.

That's what I thought. JUNK but very interesting JUNK that someone thinks is rare pre-war piece. It's one of a kind all right....[;)][;)]

Is it really worth that much? [:0] Guess I just don't appreciate the older stuff.

Yes, it is a repaint of an M-10,000. However, someone has changed the front of it so that it doesn't have the distinctive grill of the M-10,000. Interesting item.

I saw this item on eBay and had never seen anything like it it before. Anyone have any ideas. Is it a homemade item? Looks like it might be repaint of an M10000.
