Works great, looks great. You have to be aware of where the hopper car is on the unit but that comes fairly easy.READ The INSTRUCTIONS ! There is a screw under the unit (like an old record player) that must be removed prior to use.I think I'm showing my age.

I have one and it works like a charm. The only change I made was to install a single pole-double throw switch to change power from track to variable accessory voltage when I was ready to operate the tipple. That way, I could vary the speed of the tipple without affecting the track voltage.

has anyone had any experience with this accessory. It is a bit pricey and i was wondering if it has any quirks and if it works right out of the box?

thanks in advance
