scale or highrail wheels?

i'm pretty sure i'm going to order the new lirr atlantic steamer from the new mth catalog but im not sure if i should order it with the scale or high rail wheels. what is the difference? my home layout is all lionel tubular track and i am a member of a club that is using gargraves

Scale wheels have much smaller flanges These don't work well with toy train tubular track or toy train turnouts of any kind of track.
