Glad to hear that I'm not the only one having problems accessing Olsen's web site. With an old computer and only basic computer skills I sometimes wonder if it's me the machine or the website. Doggone newfangled technology can be a pain for us old geezers

I recently ordered some parts for my 2025 from Olsens. One of the parts, a new smoke element, arrived broken. I didn't realize this until well after a month had gone by. I called Olsen's and was assured a new one would be sent at no charge. It arrived last week. I was very impressed with the service and the can-do attitude Olsen's extended to me. [tup][tup]

Well, the site's up, but when I tried to access a diagram, all I got was a box with an "x".

Try it again. After days of getting a "Google" window, I was able to access the site (7:26 PM, CDT).

It was always flaky; but it's been down for several days now.
