Base paint is electrostatically applied, don't even bother trying to remove it. You should be able to remove the lettering using PolyScale EZ Lift Off. Handle with care, the stuff is kind of nasty. Use a Q-Tip or a small cotton ball to soften up the lettering and remove it. Wash carefully and then repaint/redecal.

Do any of you know if it's possible to strip paint/decals off an MTH Overton Passenger car? I'm hopin' to do a custom paint job.
Thanks,
Greg
