Another good parts place is:

http://www.wmtlionelparts.com/

I have purchased parts for my trains from Warren's and they do a nice job.

Allan,

Exactly how much of your time was "wasted" by reading this thread as opposed to any other? Sounds to me like he does need assistance; what were you expecting--that his house was burning down?

A simple topic title like "Need help finding part for 345 Culvert Unloader" would probably have gotten you more responses than the trick title that was intended to suck people in by leading them to believe that someone truly needed some assistance. "Teaser" titles are almost never a good idea because they waste a lot of folks' time.

Perhaps Lionel has a schematic of the board and you could repair it. What is the function of the board?

Desperate Need Of Help!!!!!!

... well maybe not desperate, but now that i have your attention.

i need a replacement electronic board for the reissue 345 culvert unloader #6-12983. one of the little circuts is fried and i have been told that i need to replace the entire board. that sounds easy enough but lionel has no replacement parts( they said that they did but they were all sold off... to whom they would not tell) so if anyone has any information where i can find the replacement board i would be forever in your debt. i would even be intreatsd in buying a cosmeticly damaged unloader just to take the board out.
