Thanks so much for the information. I knew someone in the forum could help.. It looked a little bit like a Zephyr but the Marx style motor threw me off. A bit of a hybrid shall we say?[;)] Not too bad for $45 if you are into restorations.

This is a 1930's American Flyer Burlington Zephyr set that has been repainted and had a Marx motor put into it. Here's the same set in nice original condition on ebay.
