When you get to the postwar loco's, click on the 671 ('52) link to see the parts diagrams. In addition to the collector rollers, you'll need the rivets (and the ability to peen or solder them). This would be a good time to replace the collector insulation and the insulating washer, too.

Rollers? Diagrams online?

I received via mail yesterday my#675 Penn 2-6-2 steam engine and whistle tender. The engine ran just fine. The wires on the tender were broken, and the power pickup rollers look worn.

Are all the power "rollers" the same on every car/engine? They are called rollers, correct? Or some other term. I'm trying to buy them online for replacement, and want to make sure I'm getting the correct item.

Also, are there exploded diagrams online somewhere of engines, etc? I thought I saw them somewhere, but can't find them now...
