Lionel #455 Oil derrick

Have a really basic question about a recently acquired #455 derrick.... how do you re-string the 'block & tackle' to the derrick? Tx

Just in case -
Drum up to pulley at top
Pulley at top down to hook assembly pulley
Hook assembly pulley up to crossbeam at top of platform.
