Thank You ROZY 1/43 doesn't match up with anything. it was a mistake of history to let the british play with toy trains. it's their fault; they did it! 1/50 seems to be the predominant scale for larger trucks, and close enough to 1/48 to be an acceptable scale. to my eye 1/48 is the only way to go. with all due respect; the 1/43 cars can look good, and do fit well on an 0 gauge layout. just don't mix in any 1/48 cars; the contrast is too great.
