Get a Miocroscale Wp decal set.I used it on a re-paint of an F_3 and the decals are sharp, clear and go on great!

With 80% gone the original decal has no value anyway. I say put the new one on and enjoy YOUR engine. If you want to sell it the new owner can take it off if he's a purist. In my experience though, a better looking engine is easier to sell... repo or not.

sock,

Welcome to the CTT forum!

This is really your choice. Some purists feel a repro or even nos decal degrades the value. However, well done restorations as long as you label it as such typically do well in the market.

You could try several of the suppliers in CTT magazine.

You will need to call Tebolt or Olsen's as they typically do not list all the decals they have.
