IM looking for a website that has how to make highway sign post
at the vey least of where to buy a good looking posts, looking for one that hangs over or full lane posts.

As far as I know, the cantilever and truss sign structures used over interstate highways are not available in O Scale.

Twenty years ago, I was on a project where we put the truss type structures over the interstates. Although it might not look like it, there are differences between similar looking structures depending on the number and size of the signs that will be mounted and the foundation locations.
