Sorry to say but they do not. I went through this last summer when I was building the first part of my layout using FasTrack. I even went directly to Lionel and they said no. I ended up using isolated/insulated track sections to make my signals work.

Operating signal lights, as in operating the accessory from the switch? I believe it's possible but I am not sure for the Fastrack since I dont have a remote switch yet (have all manuals; you could possibly lookup some info about them and find out. I know with the O-31 Lionel remotes I have, I can connect a signal (like the block target) and the switch will control it when thrown.

I just looked at the Lionel catalog, and from what it says the FasTrack remote switches have connectors for Auxillary connections as well as TMCC...so could be possible.

I just got my first Lionel Fastrack. Does anyone know if the fastrack switches are capable of operating signal lights like the old 022 switches can?
