Lionel Rock Island Steam Freight Set

I am getting ready for the local train sale/swap meet. Decided to sell stuff I no longer use.
Checked E-Bay and train ads to get a feel for what I get for items I no longer use.
One thing has me perplexed. I have a Lionel #6-31725 Rock Island Steam Freight Set.
I cannot find any info on this set. It has build date of 2003. I plan on selling everything at below BLOWOUTPRICES. Should I hang on to this set or sell it cheap?
