I was thinking about a k-line plymouth+caboose or a lionel 0-6-0 dockside,WHICH ONE[:)]

I own several of each. That being said, it is up to what you want. the plymouth looks good, and if you look in CTT, you can get some great deals on them The Lionel dockside also looks good and will cost about 90-100 dollars. They look good, but you have steam vs. diesles which is an old argument and comes down to preference. I don't think you can lose with either.

For the dollar, you can't beat the Lionel docksider.

Regardless of the price, it's a great looking engine; and it's under $100. I'm hoping this is a beginning of a trend and Lionel comes out with another low cost steamer.
