Wouldn't it be Nice if Train Companies had Service Like This?

I recently ordered a camera from a very well-reputed used camera dealer. When I received it, I had some problems getting the shutter to fire. A little bit of internet research led me to the fact that the problem I was having was indicative of a camera needing a CLA(Cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment), which usually run for around $100. Since the company offers a 60 day warranty on all used products, I figured that I had nothing to loose by calling them.

After I explained the symptoms, the person I was talking to offered to send me a new one as soon as I sent the one I currently have back. They're going to reimburse me for the cost of shipping it back. The didn't have any others for the same price as the one I ordered, so they're sending me one that was $25 more expensive for no additional cost.

That's what I call service, and needless to say, I'll be ordering from them again.

I sure wi***hat our train companies would offer service this good. Most of them, as far as I know, even make you pay for return shipping.
