Geuss What My Dad and I got my Grandad for Christmas

Hey Ya'll

This Christmas, my Dad and I teamed up and bought my grandad....

A set of Lionel 1954 Extruded Aluminum 2530,2531,2532,2533,and 2534
Lionel Lines Passenger Cars to go with his 2353 Hudson, as well as some brand new 0-72 wide curves (enough for two circles) and a pair of 0-72 switches.

I wrapped the fist, but I did test the passenger cars with my 2055 and Erie Hudson first, and boy did they look good.

I think I will start saving and buy me a 2234W set and add the Silver Bluff 2534 Pullman after High School (3 1/2 years to go)

Wow, that is a Christmas present. I also have 3 and a half years too of school. I will be caddying over the summer though, to pay for my Lionel's and my Garden Railway.

WOW!!!
I thought that kids were being spoilt too much...never heard of spoiling grannies before.

I will copy your message, print it and tack it on my daugthers wall, to explain her what I will expect as well....
