Hello!
Not sure if this may help you but try looking for a mini circuit breaker on the side where the wires attach for track power. If that don't help email K-Line with your problem and K-Line will do their best to help you.
Last resort is to replace the transformer. My personal choices are a Lionel KW or ZW and to use mini circuit breakers from an electronics store.

K-line Transformer Short?
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 11:22 PM
Greetings:

I was running my brand spankin' new K-Line K-1307 set, and had a very minor derailment. The short could not have lasted more than three seconds. However, I can not get the transformer to reset - it's stuck on the flashing red light. I've tried virtually every combination of unplugging/plugging, power on/off, throttle up/down, under load, completely disconnected from the track -- all with no results -- just the ominous flashing red light. Please tell me I'm missing something simple, and that the K-line 120 watt transformer does not fry itself at the first minor derailment.

I knew I shoulda swiped the old man's 1033. The crime of it all is that he's presently pumping it through a rectifier to run his LGBs. The shame!
