I just want to say,"there is no such thing as a STUPID question. Keep on asking. I'd rather ask 100 questions rather than ruin a $400.00 engine. The trestlews were made for 027 track but I have used them on "O".

I used to use one trestle at every track joint. If you don't, a heavy engine would bend the track. Since they are Marx, I believe they might only work with O-27 track, but I'n not 100% sure.

Stupid Newbie Graduated Trestle set question
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, December 10, 2005 6:48 PM
I got in a junk box a set of Graduated Trestles. There are 12 per side 24 in all. What is the normal setup for this. 1 per track length, 2 per ? The set I have is marked as Marx but it fits on the Lionel "O" Ties just fine.

Also what is the height of the Trestle set that are all onse size ?

Thanks, Dave
