Thomas the Tank engine
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, December 9, 2005 5:26 AM
Recently purchased a Lionel Thomas the Tank engine and cars from E-Bay
where I get all of my train stuff ( ebay screenname Richardsushi) and remembered seeing 2 other O gauge engines that where also on sale a few months back. They resembled the other engines from the show they weren't foreign made and ran on o-27 track
Does any one know if Lionel or anyone else made them? IM turning a portion of my 80x40 layout into a reproduction from the show so my soon to be born son can run his trains while I run mine. I would appreciate any help
Thanks

Lionel made/makes a Percy in O-27 as well as some of the troublesome trucks. Thomas and James were made in the larger G scale.

the need to make James for O Guage. I used to watch the show when it was called shining time station. With ringo star as the conductor. James was my favorite engine. Along with Gordon. haha memories............
