Hi Brent,

Per Greenberg's Guide to Marx rains, Volume III, Sets, 1991 Edition, Set #s 5948(A), 9635, 25050A and 35220 all came with the 3991 NYC, black die-cast tender.

die cast tenders?
What road names came on them?
