filmer,

I am not in the market but just wanted to comment. I have not seen or heard anything about these items for years. I built a few in the 50's when I was in HS for my HO layout. I am sure there is some market, a few years ago I sold some old, 40-50 years, craftsman kits on ebay for many times what I paid for them new. Of course the inflation alone made them worth a lot more.

Also welcome to the forum.

Dave,
Thanks for the link. Lots of good info there.
I'll hang on to these until I can find out a market value.
They must be worth something to the right collector.

I wouldn't throw them away. If it's not something you think you'd like to collect yourself. Consider selling them on Ebay. I'm certain someone does.

Does anyone have any info on the old StromBecker wooden trains (HO scale) from the 1940's? [?]
I have come across a few in their original boxes and would like to know if these are collectables or trash.
