Well, there really is a Disney steam locomotive named "Walter E. Disney," down on the Walt Disney World Railroad in Orlando, FL.

If you want a fairly accurate model of the real Walter E. Disney, you'll have to get it from MTH: Their old-time 4-6-0 is modeled directly on the real engine.

The new Disney Catalog includes a Lionel train, emblazoned W E Disney on the side and the silhouettes in the windows appear to be Disney characters. It comes with Fastrack and a transformer (though not a CW80).

Looks interesting!
