I just picked up a TMCC/RS Berkshire Jr. from a Keystone super freight set break-up. A very nice looking piece. Very heavy, with diecast tender and a good feeling of subjective quality. About like a Railking engine in the same price range. I'll post a review once I get a chance to really operate it. If you see a photo of one and the Bruswick green looks really wrong it's probably the lighting or the camera. Mine's spot-on. 027 guys - check out this unit.

I got the PRR version this summer and am very pleased with it. Seems to be a good puller, has a nice sound system and good smoke output. There was a review in CTT about the baby berkshires some time back - maybe someone remembers the issue. I would recommend the engine, especially if you are interested in specific road name like Erie as opposed to postwar Lionel Lines.

Just to be a pain, you could easily purchase a postwar 726/736 and some casrs for the same price and if you plan on running the trains the 736 will certainly give a better return in the long term (but don't interpret this comment to mean you should invest in postwar cause you should not!)

These are the "Baby"Berkshire,Railsounds,19"long.6-28655 Erie for example.Pro's or con's,comments etc.Operate manual with MTH Z750.
