Listen to a politician, if that don't work turn on C-Span and listen to a bunch of politicians.

Try a really long, boring sermon in a warm church after a late Saturday night. Works every time. [zzz]

Mr. Bean couldn't get to sleep once. He picked up a picture of a herd of sheep and tried to count them but was discouraged by how many there were. So he counted how many in a row across the picture from left to right, then top to bottom, picked up a calculator and multiplied the numbers together, and fell instantly asleep.

Warm milk always works for me. Add a little vanilla extract and some sugar to it. (That doesn't help you sleep but it sure does taste good!)

Try counting sheep?
Warm milk or cookies?
Turkey sandwich?
All good things to make you sleep.
