For what it's worth, the Window Media versions of the videos - if that is what we are talking about - works just fine.

Thanks, Bob. I should have mentioned, I'm using Explorer 5.2 on a Mac G4 (OS X).

I look forward to seeing the de-bugged reviews, as well as reading the new issue.

Hi Jim,
We discovered that problem last week. The video files opened fine on our desktops, but once we loaded them, discovered a variety of problems (open on explorer, not open on safari; open via Quicktime or open via Quicktime only when drug to the QT folder, etc.).

Our Art Dept. processes the digital files. They had a changeover in personnel doing this for us and we've asked them to debug it.

Problem Viewing CTT's New On-Line Reviews

I've been able to view all of CTT's previous reviews without any difficulties. Clicking on the Quicktime version opened the window and the movie played. But the latest bunch from the upcoming issue are problematic. I click on the Quicktime version as before, but now I get a download manager that puts some get_galleryfile.asp file on my desktop. The files are unreadable, at least on my Mac. I can still view all of the previous reviews without any trouble, so it's not something on my end that I'm aware of. Has CTT changed the file type? Any one else having trouble seeing these new reviews?
