These 2 kind of are a followup to my last 2 weeks. As Spanky always reminds us: click on the picture for an enlarged view.

tmcc man,
I picked up both of these units second hand, one from E-Bay and the other from a fellow club member. It seems like the C420's show up on E-Bay fairly regularly. I hadn't really intended to buy a second one but the price he offerred it for made irresistable. [:)]

hey doug, how much were the D&H C420s. I have been trying to find one for a while, or a Nickle Plate one.

Mornin' All !

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can !!!

Not really , just yankin' your chain. [:D]
Trying that would constitute BEEP abuse.

Here are the engines that really pulled the coal drag around the layout, the D&H C420's, while the B&O is parked on the transition between the upper and lower levels. [^]

Greetings - some of my Hafner collection. Sask's recent topic inspired me.

Thank-you to all the buckeyes who gave their lives so that we can have the freedoms we all cherish!

Everyday, we are greeted by Tom's photo of the day but today I have turned the tables and these are photos of Tom operating his layout last Sunday.

Please note that Tom has two layouts. The smaller one is where the Circus Tent is located. [:)]

Yep, though it's not an equal battle (it's still night in the USA) I start the sunday fun today..[:D]
I've made pictures of my sceniced layout!

This is the canyon, apart from some trees and bushes it's finished. I've also painted a simple background, but the effect is great.

from closer view

The bridge

The big steamer seen from the other side of the bridge

A small worktrain

A gasoline train is waiting for the track clearance

Same train seen from a bit more up the hill..

The website also have been changed a bit to suit the new layout; Salt River Canyon Railroad.
