September CTT arrived here today - seems to go on a world tour before arriving in New Zealand! Via Germany etc. Seems to take a week longer that it used to, but never mind!
Removing paint - Article says that detergent is used. Removes paint OK, so what happens when we use it for washing dishes? Some residue must get into our stomachs! Yuk! Here we use caustic soda to strip paint, nasty stuff but OK if care used, and the item given a good clean up afterwards. Is caustic soda used in the USA?
