Any train stores in the Boston metro-city area that are worth to see (and spend)? Particularly near a "T" station?

Thanks!

Charlie Ro is just north of the city in Malden, I think. I'm pretty sure the T goes up there, though it might be a commuter train rather than a subway. You could always call and get directions.

Its a good store with a ton of inventory, including Lionel, K-Line, MTH, and Atlas.

There's a shop in Roslindale. Can't remember the name of it. There are literally dozens of hobby/train shops in Mass, and at least a dozen more in NH. I have 3 within 5 miles of my house! Do a web search for Mass train shops.

Flying Yankee Hobby Shop is the one in Roslindale. It's the closest to down town. Not sure if the T is close by.

Ro is the biggest. Northeast is pretty nice too.

If you're on the South shore I hear Friendly Bill's has moved form Randolph to Rockland.
(the old one was across the street from a T station)

Hope you enjoy your visit to the Hub.
