I wonder what that concoction is. The power trucks (build-a-motors) were made by Samhonsha in the early 1990's for Lionel Trains Inc, the shell looks like a 381 shell repainted with a spray can with half the grilles missing, and there is an unusual box on the cab roof. It's junk standard gauge worth it's weight in parts as far as I'm concernned.
