Need help Louis&Marx co. trains 40 or yrs old
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, February 27, 2001 1:13 PM
Need help trying to appraise/sell Louise Marx & Co trains. I am 48 years old only child that had Lionels when I was growing up. I never remember seeing these cars run (but they are in excellent working order my neighbor checked them out) when I was child. I am not a collector and do not appreciate them as much as someone who likes to collect trains. They were in my mothers attic and now they have been in my attic for 15 years.
Any help you can give me I would appreciate.

Hi Glenn,

Your set seems complete. Check out the following website. They have the same Marx #4335 set for sale in the original box. The site also has photos of all the pieces included in the set. It is being offered for $200.00.

You can set up a search on eBay to notify you when similar sets come up for sale to give you some real-time values.
