Another item to remember is that Atlas track diameter is measured center rail to center rail while o27 and o31 tinplate track are measured outside tie to outside tie. Atlas 027 track is about 29" diameter when measured outside tie to outside tie.

Atlas 3-rail track is not available in O-31 curves. They jump form O-27 to O-36 and wider. That's why the Atlas RTS does not have O-31 curves.

Yes, it has a download library for 3 rail O track. It has the 27 radius turns but not the 31. I found a layout i want to use from Thortrains.com, but it doesn't inclue what parts and being colorblind, i can't really tell the track difference. I was going to recreate it on the Atlas RTS, but it doesn't have 31.

I have figured out which track is o-27, its obviously the 27 full and half curve, but which measurement is the o-31, there doesn't seem to be that in the newest library.
