I've been watching this item for a week. Look at some of the questions this guy got. Also how he aquired the item.

In my collecting Erector sets, I've seen reference to the White Motor Company more than once. Gilbert bought them out some time around 1926, I believe, and moved from there. The wheels, tires, steering gear, and radiator/hood were all integrated into the Erector set line, and survived right up until 1962. Up until 1933, the radiator even had "White" embossed on it.

Some people have all the luck. The best I've done when helping someone is a partial bottle of scotch. It's 2900 with 2 minutes to go. John

Yes, found that very interesting, he started at 300$ & thought it might go a little higher! Myself, I would never have thought it would go to 4200$, wow! Thanks, John

The piece, was indeed a very rare piece manufactured by Steel Craft sometime in the late 1920s. "Little
Jim's" were manufactured for and sold though J.C. Penney's. A great piece with original decals!
