If you are lucky like me and have Adobe's Acrobat on available you can download all the indexes pdf's and combine them into one pdf. This way you can search on the whole index from 1987 to present at one time.

Thanks Roy, that index is ok but it isn't even close when compared to what is available in the CTT index - all of the alphabetical cross referencing by author, title, and subject for an entire year in one place - just scroll and look.

mersenne,

MR indices are also on-line. Just drill down into the Trains.com site starting with the back issues links.

I hate indexes in magazines. They take valuable pages away from content. Keep indices online like in prewardude's link.

(one other reason I probably hate them is when I was editor of Proceedings Magazine (USCG), I forgot to put in one article--the one my boss wrote; boy did I hear about it!).

Classic toy train article index

I have a bunch of Classic toy train magazines and I was wondering if there is a article index on the web site so I can look up different topics.
