I was planning on modernizing my aging fleet of locomotives with 22 " chrome rims and a nice disc brake system.. (click on pix to enlarge)

Hard to tell if it's a model. If so, nice weather job.

btw, in 1976, I had the mag tires on my 67 Malibu stolen and car was on blocks.

Your train would definately be safer in NC. With their "complete tool kit"
(screwdriver and hammer) no one would be able to steal your rims!!!!!
