NEED HELP with JEP toy train engine PLEASE!!!!!

Hello I have recently recieved a JEP train and was wondering if there was anyone on here that could help me out on finding any info on it ? Like what scale it is how old it is and if it have any value . Here is a brief description of the train . first off it is just the engine not the complete train . It is about 14 inches long and quite heavy I am gonna guess and say 3-4 pounds maybe more . it has the box and several with it . all can be seen in the pictures . As far as condition it is in pretty good shape the one clear light on the front moves around but it is there and will come back out in its proper spot. there are 3 of the 4 bumpers broke off but there are replacment ones in a small bag in the bottom of the box . there are the letters SNCF and CC7001 on both sides of the engine . the windows appear to be dirty but there are no cracks . the things on top of the engine that have springs on them and go up and dowm (I would like to know what there called ) look to be in great shape and have no rust or pitting on the chrome. Those are pantographs.

SNCF is "Societe National des Chamins de Fers", the French national railroad.

The "bumpers" are called "buffers".

As for pricing - check e-bay France. I just went over there and found 6077 (yours is 6076) for 605 euros. I don't know, but I'd be willing to guess that the difference between the two is probably a matter of features. Here's the link if you are interested.

You've got a beauty there. Jep made some really nice toy trains and other tin toys. Very collectable. You see them pop up once n awhile on e-bay under O scale- Other manufacturers. Good luck with yours!

Did you follow the auction that you gave me the link too? It ended up going for 1274.00 WOW I emailed the guy that had that one up for auction to see if he could tell me more about the one I have . He said the difference between the one I have and the one he has is mine only has one motor and his has two.
His is more desirable than mine but he said mine should go for about 750-850. well I will talk to you later and thanks for the info it made theings a lot clearer for me
