Thanks for pushing me in the direction of Internet Trains - seems like a well stocked online store!

I do all my shopping online , because I live in the middle of nowhere. I have used Western Depot, Ma Pa Junction, Grzybowskis, Grand Central Ltd., among others. I Have had excellent luck with all. Have also had only one problem on Ebay, and that was with a dealer, but it was resolved. .....Tim

I am planning to purchase my first electric train in January 2006, after setting up a christmas tree layout of 9 greatland battery powered trains I bought at the local thrift store for approx. $8 each. I then purchased lighted porcelin villiages and assorted buildings, tonka toy vehicals, lighthouses, figurines and a really cool operating carousel which plays christmas carols. I think I spent a total of $150. I am glad to hear so many positive comment regarding INTERNET TRAINS because I want my first electric to be an N Scale Bachmann McKinnley Explorer or Amtrack Cenntenial

A positive endorsement for InternetTrains.

My e-mail worked - the train set and additional track is on the way and will be delivered on the 3rd of March.

So, I'd say that speaks positively for them. Good prices, reasonable shipping charges (sometimes none) and a customer service team who seem to follow through, add up to frequent business from me.

Up until I received an e-mail advertisement from them today - I was a big fan of InternetTrains.

I've ordered quite a bit through them in the past couple of years and really never had any issues - well maybe one, but it was quickly resolved in my favor. Anyway, I too ordered the Polar Express by Lionel. Ordered it on Jan 27th in response to an e-mail advertisement from them. The ad stated that if the order was placed right away - they guaranteed quick delivery as they had plenty in stock, etc., etc. I also ordered about 50 ft of FasTrack for the shelf railroad that will accomodate this train set. (And yes, I do know they have the track in stock - checked before I ordered it.)

This morning another e-mail was received in the form of an advertisement. This one said pretty much the same thing with the exception that if ordered now - immediate shipment would be the result.

Well - I'm still waiting for my Jan 27th order to arrive. Hmmmmmmmm. Yes, I've contacted them and await their reply.

By the way - those in my family really enjoyed the movie. It should soon become one of those Christmas standards we become accustomed to. Well done flick with great animation.

I have dealt with Internet Trains several times- both for O gauge and N scale purchases. They are one of the better online companies, and they sell just about everything at pretty good prices[:)]

It is nice to see someone that enjoys their purchase through an online company. HOpe you get a lot of fun out of your set. Are you setting it up, or keeping it for later ?

Back in December my wife and I went to the theater and not being able to see the movie I wanted to see, saw the Polar Express instead, Movie was so so, but I did leave the show wanting one of the trains, Got on the internet to look for one, found several, but they were all made out of platinum or gold. Contacted a company called Internet Trains, that had an ad for one at a very reasonal price and while they to did not have anymore at the time, did take my order for if and when they got any more in.Well UPS left one at my house to day, after opening it, was well please with theTrain and, Internet Trains if any one wants to know what I think of them, In my book they are FIRST RATE!
