Large Trees
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 9:21 PM
I've recently purchased some trees by Woodland Scenics. Lots of different sizes/types. They're fine but the sizes seem to end in the 8-9" range.
Does anyone know of a maker of trees in the 10-12" range? I'd like to get a few just to fill out the layout (O-gauge). Something that would resemble 100 year old oaks and elms would be perfect. Thanks!

Bought some nice large trees at a craft store - about a foot tall. They were a close-out after Christmas sale. They were bare branches so had to add foliage. Could have been a Lemax product. Around Chicago we have Micheals craft stores - big discounts after Christmas.

Heki makes 10" oaks. Item HK1281. They are available in the Scenic Express Catalog. I believe they are $18.99 each.
