Great kitbash Becky!  It reminds me of "World Famous" (Wink) HX Draw and Tower over the Hackensack River in NJ, once Erie, now NJ Transit.

Except your's looks a LOT better!

It's bashing season again!  (There's usually one that starts about now in the run up to Christmas. Wink)

Tomy bridge (roughly HO scale in size) meets remnant of 1970's Lionel drawbridge plus Plasticville signal tower equals kitbashed bascule bridge.  Two bolts connect the bridge to the old abutment and a couple of plastic containers (one for glucose test strips and the other for fast acting glucose tablets) filled with rocks keep everything in balance.  4 short sections of RealTrax with their end connectors sawed off provide the rails.

Always love a good shark! Very nice, fife.

Found my Lionel 8200 and put her back together so I could stage this pic:

the 8200 needs some love still, but the 0605 is running beautifully. I spent a while today carefully putting extra weight into the shell to see if I could get it to handle more than the ~7 cars it could do beforehand, and managed to get it up to around 10 cars. It's a great little runner!

Nice!  Those Baldwin "Sharks" are oh-so-cool and the Williams variety are just about bulletproof.  I've got two sets of my own, a B&O and a D&H.

I'm not a diesel guy but Sharks are hard to resist.

Here are my new-to-me set of Williams Sharknose diesels. Our old buddy, Brent (lionroar 88), was the prior owner, and he and Susie Q brought them out to WV for me, when they visited a couple weekends ago.

They look sharp, and run smoooooth. Fins UP!
