Use the ASC found HERE, and/or the SC-2 found HERE.

So which should I by and how many should I buy? I forgot to mention I have add two accessories to the mix a rotating radar tower and a 397 rotating beacon tower. the layout calls for 14 o22 switches and 763 prewar 072 switches. since the sc2 and the asc seem to do the same thing, unless I missed something, how many of each would you get for 16 switches and 7 accessories( the 497 coaling station, icing station, log shed, barrel loader, horse corral, 2 milkcar platforms, 394 rotating beacon tower and radar tower)plus 12 remote control sections and 4 otc lockons?

You will have to re-check some of your numbers there - sounds like a lot of switches.
